Pricing and quotation
Price depends on the selected model, capacity, quantity, water supply method, pump and nozzle requirements, accessories, delivery destination, installation conditions and project scope. Unverified or representative prices are not displayed. The valid commercial amount, date and scope are stated only in the written quotation.
Availability and lead time
Availability and estimated preparation time are checked when the quotation is prepared. Lead times may change for special dimensions, project-built equipment, imports or installation planning. The current lead time is communicated in writing before order confirmation.
Shipping, delivery and installation
The delivery method is determined by product dimensions, weight, destination, site access and installation scope. Parcel, freight, dedicated transport or on-site delivery may be described separately in the quotation. Charges, responsibilities and whether installation is included are confirmed before the order.
Returns, exchanges and cancellation
Return, exchange and order cancellation terms are explained in the written quotation and sales agreement, taking account of whether the equipment is standard or project-specific, the production or installation stage, the commercial nature of the transaction and applicable law. This general information does not replace order-specific contract terms.
Damage and delivery inspection
Packaging and equipment should be checked for visible damage at delivery. If damage, missing parts or an incorrect item is claimed, it is advisable to record the issue on the delivery document and contact us on the same day with photographs where possible.
